Brought together here for the first time ever is a collection of short stories by the enigmatic gentleman writer Boris Belony. Throughout these 53 tales, we get a unique perspective into one man's attempt to find his own place in modern Ireland. Filtering his daily experiences through the romantic lens of a surreal mind, Mr. Belony brings us a fascinating critical examination both of real Dublin as well as of it's parallel realms. This new book comes with a 9 track CD featuring the author reading a selection of the stories accompanied by contemporary music composed by Julia Mahon featuring piano, harp, viola and saw. Illustrations in the book are done by Mike Ahern. "Franz Kafka meets Flann O'Brien meets John Kennedy Toole. Reads like a collection of your worst cheese nightmares and the essays that persuade primary school teachers to call in social workers. Surreal, hilarious and very, very smart - and then, just when you're settling into a vein of laughter, unexpectedly, disquietingly, sad and touching. I loved every page." - Paul Howard aka Ross O'Carroll-Kelly "Once purveyed as zerox and staples in seedy emporiums where brattish halfwits embroidered with patches of bicycles battled ranting old crones for the final copy in a manner that recalled the Burkina Faso breadcrumb riots, this sirloin of churlish meander whips the monumental hex of inertia into wry fieldnotes..." - Boz Mugabe ********************************************

Finally after many twists and turns this record is ready to be unleashed, featuring two of Dublin's heaviest bands: Wreck of the Hesperus, filthy-sewer-sludge-stripped-down-raw-doom and De Novissimis, a powerfull wall of dual vocal crust doom with added blast beats. The recordings on this album are exclusive one-off tracks and have already become rare. This might be one of the heavist Irish records ever released! Starting with a distortion pedal, an echo box and some riffs inspired by Prince's "Sign O' the Times" live DVD, Sea Dog decided it was time to turn off the DVD player and pick up the guitars. Righteous Harmony (Guitar), Damien (Guitar) and Scotty 2 Hotty (Drums) are a living testament to the true desire of having a good time all the time and bringing true instrumental hard rock grooves to those who deserve it! Hailing from Stab City aka Limerick, Ireland. If you can imagine a hard, cloudy, wet, windy day in that fair city, you can be sure Sea Dog are coming over the horizon blasting thunderous groove riffs and taking no prisoners. Come enjoy a heavy dose of guitar rock and provide some worship for the riffage. This first LP from the Sea Dog boys has 6 songs of pure instrumental hard rock grooves. The record that keeps on giving. Take a visit to the underwater enchanted world of Sea Dog's myspace page. "Upon reflection, we have heard a shockingly small number of Irish musicians lately, so we were fairly jazzed to dig into Sea Dog’s Wizards of the Coast LP (Stitchy Press), and it’s a pip. Classic instrumental trio thud with nods to doofs as disparate as Sir Lord Baltimore and Wishbone Ash. We have a feeling Mr. Joseph Carducci would approve." - Bull Tongue Column Arthur Magazine "The titles really tell the story: What do you call a technically proficient metal song with a lo-fi bottom end? "Cave Mustaine"! If you like old school metal but hate the super douche posturing that comes with it, then this six-song instrumentalonslaught from Ireland is for you". – Jim Ruland Razorcake Magazine ********************************************

"This was a super surprise and makes me think, why do I have predisposed ideas about punk to come out of dublin?" – Jason 7 Inches Blog ...read on... ********************************************
The Ghastly Grimey Orchestra was drawn together in the hot summer of New Orleans in 2002. Inspired by Edward Gorey's illustrated alphabeth, "The Gashlycrumb Tinies,"the orchestra composed 26 songs. From elevator shafts,to haunted warehouses, to the living rooms of shotgun houses, the orchestra played. On theramins and chattering teeth, accordians and busted children's toys, the orchestra played. Time flies as it does and the years swallowed up master tapes and memories and time, mostly time... but finally now, we present this long awaited cd. Featuring musicians from Impractical Cockpit, Uke of Phillips, Oak, and Boneyard Witch. "...the songs begin to drift from narrative into a deep wellspring of emotional, wordless vignettes that accompany one in pondering some of the gloomier aspects of the topics that the pieces are covering..." - Heathen Harvest review...read on...
